Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order without giving a reason from the time the order is placed until 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.

To cancel, tell us clearly that you wish to cancel before the cancellation period ends. Email info@ceylonorigin.co.uk, write to Ceylon Origin Ltd, New Houghton, Mansfield, NG19 8TJ, or use the model form below.

Returning goods

After telling us that you are cancelling, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that notification. Please contact us before returning goods so we can provide return instructions.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described. Please take reasonable care of the goods. We may reduce a refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We will refund eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We will normally use the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.
